These terms govern use of tf2demos.com and personalized postcard services offered as TF2 Postcards. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and linked policies.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that you have authority to submit recipient information and message content for the requested mailing and will comply with applicable privacy, advertising, consumer-protection, and communications laws.
Order acceptance and customer review
An order is not ready for preparation until payment, a complete recipient CSV, and sufficient transaction details are received and reviewed. We may request clarification or decline content or an order that cannot be fulfilled safely, lawfully, or as described.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected design, quantity, recipient names, addresses, ZIP codes, and exact message wording. The CSV sent by email is the primary fulfillment instruction unless an approved correction is confirmed in writing.
Your recipient data and content
You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant TF2 Postcards and necessary service providers a limited permission to receive, review, format, reproduce, print, address, transmit, and mail the content solely to quote, fulfill, support, or document your order.
You represent that your content and mailing do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You are responsible for obtaining permissions required for commercial, promotional, or regulated communications.
Prohibited content and use
Do not use the service for unlawful advertising, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, stalking, hate content, sexual exploitation, deceptive notices, counterfeit official communications, infringement, malware instructions, illegal goods or services, or content that exposes sensitive authentication or financial information. We may refuse or cancel prohibited requests.
Pricing and PayPal
Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. The standard price is $25 for each ten-postcard domestic batch. PayPal calculates the total from the $25 unit price and selected batch quantity. Payment may also be subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy practices.
Mailing and third-party services
The Mailing Policy and Refunds & Corrections Policy form part of these terms. Standard postcards do not include end-to-end tracking or guaranteed delivery dates. TF2 Postcards is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service or PayPal.
Website content and availability
Product visuals are representative. Screen colors and printed results can vary. We may correct website errors, update designs, change availability, or suspend the site without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access to tf2demos.com.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is.” Liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
